Registered on 1 September 1999, SPD Skrypnyk I.S. — is a shipping — logistic company, which provides cargo truck transportations services on the Ukrainian market. After several years of successful development, company expanded its business in Eastern Europe and Russia. For this purpose in March 2002 another company SPD Skrypnyk S.S was registered.
Registered in March 2004, universal company PP "Optymalna Logistika" (Optimal Logistics in English), that provides a wide range of customized transportation services solutions, appeared as a result of stable increase of sales volume.
SPD Skrypnyk T.G, registered in 2007, is experienced in coordinating projects in the Middle Asia and Western China markets.
Since September 1999 was created a group of companies, acted under jurisdiction of Ukraine, and effectively works on the markets of different countries in the sphere of logistics and sales promotion.
